Return policy and warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Vertex Nano Technology offers satisfaction guarantee and return policy.

The item can be returned in 14 days for refund with 14 days exchange warranty.  If buyers want to return, please contact sellers with reason for return.

Return Request The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.  Restocking fee Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
Return Request The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different from how it was originally shipped to the buyer.  Restocking fee Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
Returned item must be with the Serial Number, and original box full package. We will check the item when we receive it.

Items that are damaged or abused, missing any accessories, missing the UPC, or serial/identification numbers, or not in the original packaging are “non-returnable"

Kids toys, puzzles, and personal items - once package opened is considered "Non-returnable"

Printer - once package opened is considered " Non-returnable"

Software - once package opened is considered " Non-returnable"

Motherboard- If socket has bent pins, it will be considered as physical damaged which is non-returnable.

CPU / CPU heatsink & fan - once the CPU heatsink & fan is installed the original thermal paste will not be in resell condition anymore, therefore void the exchange / return warranty. 

Consumable Products

Consumable products cannot be returned to Vertex. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer, Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Products, Paper Products, Face Masks, Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, SIM Kits etc. that are consumed once they are used.

If you use our return mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable Import Fees Deposit. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.

Please note that all "Open box", "Refurbished", "Used" items are all final sale, no refund or exchange.
